Stories From Women Who Walk

60 Seconds: Being The Tupac Spark If Not The Change.

Episode Summary

What's the spark you guarantee?

Episode Notes

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds, your daily dose of hope, imagination, wisdom, stories, practical tips, and general riffing on this and that.

These COVID times have changed us in large ways and small. No matter who you are, where you live or the work you do you have felt and are feeling the effects of change on a global scale.

How does this story end? I have no idea. But I see a parallel to a question we continue to ask ourselves: will I change the world? We wonder, don’t we, what our legacy might be.

I wonder, too, especially since my aim is not so much to change attitudes, behaviors, culture as to shift them. Is one less than the other? No. How do I know? Tupac Shakur told my friend Sarah B & Sarah B told me: "I'm not saying I'm gonna change the world, but I guarantee that I will spark the brain that will change the world." ~Tupac Shakur
