Stories From Women Who Walk

60 Seconds for Motivate Your Monday: Thank YOU (!) for Helping to Celebrate 400th Episode Posting on Friday the 13th!

Episode Summary

While Friday the 13th appropriately marks the release of podcast episode # 400, I'm kicking off a celebration today to say "Thank YOU(!)for listening" and motivate us all to the next best thing we will do.

Episode Notes

Hello to you Paul the Bike Guy listening in Bolivia, North Carolina!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds, your daily dose of hope, imagination, wisdom, stories, practical tips, and general riffing on this and that.

When I signed up for the Akimbo Podcasting WORKshop in the fall of 2019 I had no idea where I‘d end up; it was more of a lark. As you Akimbo Creatives know there is nothing larking about these courses.

From the outset our coaches expected us to create it and ship it! Even if we felt it was premature, not worthy or were just plain procrastinating.

Friday marks the 400th Episode in a body of work I never expected to produce and certainly not in 16 months: Motivate Your Monday, Time Out Tuesday, Wednesdays on Whidbey, Practical Tips on Thursday, Story Prompt Friday, and in-depth guest interviews.

Practical Tip: Whatever you want to do, do it. Get out of your own way and stop living small. The world needs what you have to offer. Begin with 1 foot in front of the other and the rest really will take care of it self - as long as you are committed to walking.

This is the place to thrive together. Come for the stories - stay for the magic. Speaking of magic, I hope you’ll subscribe, follow, share a nice shout out on your social media or podcast channel of choice, including Android, and join us next time! You’re invited to stop by the website and subscribe to stay current with Diane, her journeys, her guests, as well as creativity, imagination, walking, stories, camaraderie, and so much more: Quarter Moon Story Arts
