60 Seconds for Story Prompt Friday: How Might an Archeological Dig Help You Find Peace in Your Life?

Episode Summary

Peace comes by realizing and acting on who you truly are way down deep.

Episode Notes

Hello to you listening in Whitechapel, London, UK!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is Stories From Women Who Walk with 60 Seconds for Story Prompt Friday and your host, Diane Wyzga.

I’ve lived a lot of years. I’ve enjoyed decades of experiences. Some good, some not so good. I’ve learned that there’s a great blessing to be had in falling down 7 and getting up 8. Maybe not at the time; but in time.

Here’s something else I’ve learned: “Many things matter but only one thing matters absolutely: you find peace, not by rearranging the circumstances of your life but by realizing and acting on who you are at your deepest level.” [Eckhart Tolle]

Story Prompt: Do yourself a favor and engage in an archeological dig on your life. What did you find at your deepest level? Write that story!

You’re always invited: “Come for the stories - stay for the magic!” Speaking of magic, would you subscribe, share a 5-star rating + nice review on your social media or podcast channel of choice, and join us next time!
