My friend and business authentic Story Dialogue colleague Dr. Carmel Finnan in Berlin, Germany shared a life-saving breathing practice with me and I want to share it with you for the benefits you will receive.

Before you start an activity take 5 slow, deep breaths. Before you get out of bed, drink your coffee or tea, leave your house, go to your computer, and so on; throughout the day take 5 slow, deep breaths. In this way you will gradually begin to slow down, take stock, make better decisions, feel free-er, shift your life from hectic to calm but energized. And more.

Taking a breath is the first act of life and the last. In between those 2 moments taking 5 slow, deep breaths before any activity will help slow us down, appreciate, and live fully as the Creator intended.
