Hello to you in Saint Petersburg, Russia!

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds for Time Out Tuesday.

Even with COVID waning in some places we still feel the stress and anxiety of our lives from small inconveniences to more serious concerns. No matter the size of the stress it can build up in our body. This won’t do.

Practical Tip: To reduce stress, maybe even prevent it try this simple, powerful breath focus relaxation. If it appeals to you begin a regular practice:

Take long, slow, deep breaths all the way down in your belly while inviting a calm, positive focus. Pause. On the exhale gently let go of distracting thoughts and sensations. Repeat this several times to create a well of calm to dip into as the need arises. You can always go back there.
