Here’s something wonderful for your life: mindful breathing reinforced with your fingers.

Hold your two hands with your palms facing you. 

With the index finger of your right hand touch the side of the thumb on your left hand inhaling as you slide your index finger up and to the top of the thumb and exhaling slide it down to the web between the thumb and index finger. Pause. 

Inhale and slide the right index finger up and to the top of the left index finger exhaling as you slide it down to the web between the index and middle fingers. Pause. 

Inhale and slide your right index finger up and to the top of the left middle finger, exhaling as you slide it down to the web between the middle and ring fingers. Pause. 

Inhale and slide your right index finger up and to the top of the ring finger, exhaling as you slide it down to the web between the ring finger and the pinky. Pause. 

Inhale and slide your right index finger up and to the top of the pinky and exhaling travel down to the base of the pinky. Pause. 

Inhale and reverse direction.

When you have traveled the left hand in both directions, pause and then use the left index finger to trace the same pattern on the right hand as you breathe in and out and pause

Practical Tip: Repeat often.
