After a year of languishing and living dangerously in the shadow of COVID my entire being has taken a toll. I decided to invest in a cure: Pilates Reformer classes to restore movement, flexibility, balance, endurance, resilience, and more.

Joseph Pilates said that, “Change  happens through movement and movement heals.”

When we agree to move, to shift our position in the world, our relationship with others, perhaps the story we’ve been telling ourselves, we begin to shift away from a familiar but stale place - physically, mentally, emotionally. We create for ourselves an opportunity for greater flexibility, balance, endurance, and resilience as we gratefully move into and walk the Life we’ve been created to be free in.
