Stories From Women Who Walk

60 Seconds: Our Daily-ness.

Episode Summary

What is it that keeps us going in the daily-ness of our lives?

Episode Notes

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds, your daily dose of hope, imagination, wisdom, stories, practical tips, and general riffing on this and that.

Last Thursday we all celebrated having arrived at a milestone: 300 podcast episodes in 1 year!

Amy Waterman of Your Brilliance asked me if I could keep up the pace for Year 2. Hmmmm. No one said anything about that.

Her question got me thinking about the daily-ness of life activities: loving a child, a partner; taking care of a parent, a home; writing a blog, staying sober; practicing mindfulness;  running a business; exercising; volunteering; enjoying nature; doing our chosen work, and so on.

Question: What is your daily practice? What is it that keeps you going?
