The miracle of mindfulness pulls us into the present moment, a reminder that there is a moment between the in-breath of life and out-breath of death. When we bring our mind back to our body, breathe and dwell in that singular moment we become present to the miracle of ourselves, to all of nature, to our colleagues, our friends, our beloveds. They get the whole of us

Breathing with awareness and intention transports us to that place of pause where we drop all our doings and return to ourselves as Be-ings. This pause brightens our viewpoint, our creativity, our imagination, our resilience, our very selves.
