60 Seconds: When You Start Doubting Yourself, Remember This.

Episode Summary

A few ideas for those times when you are doubting yourself.

Episode Notes

Hello to you in Perth, Australia

Coming to you from Whidbey Island, Washington this is 60 Seconds, your daily dose of hope, imagination, wisdom, stories, practical tips, and general riffing on this and that.

Maybe like me you’ve had moments when you doubt yourself, your choices, your decisions, the path you’re on, and so forth. What’s a person to do? I have a few ideas that might be of use:

Before you roll or jump out of bed, spend a few moments being curious about this day which has never dawned before. It may be the good day you meet a love or a dark day you meet a challenge.  Either way, have a little faith that something bigger than yourself is keeping track of where you are.

Remember how far you’ve come, everything you’ve faced, all the battles you’ve won, the delights you’ve discovered, the faces you have lit up, and all your stories still in the making. Today is waiting for you. Roll out and get on with it!

This is the place to thrive together. Come for the stories - stay for the magic.
